Ahojte.
Kto tu pouziva WILLEM programator?
Potreboval by som poradit.
Do ktorej z tych patic mam dat ten cip?

Hi Andy,
You need a PLCC32 to DIP28 adapter. All EPROMs smaller than 1Mb in PLCC32 need an adapter. Some FLASH smaller than 1Mb in PLCC32 have a pinout compatible with a 32pin socket (e.g. AT29C257 -- AT29C256 requires an adapter).
If you look at the pinout for the device and see a NC pin near D0, it needs an adapter.
You have the enhanced universal programmer with the sanded part numbers and no schematic/component diagrams available. They used to say it supported DIP24 devices, but now they're saying (correctly) that it won't. You also won't have much joy with NMOS EPROMs and may not have much with EPROMs in general. You'll certainly be able to read and program CMOS EPROMs, but you won't be able to ensure correct operation in the intended circuit because you don't have any VCC options.
Most of these programmers don't have enough VCC options to allow you to create reliable devices. I blank verify at VCC=4.45V (or 50mV below VCC(min)) and program at VCC=6V. This helps insure sufficient erase and programming margin, respectively. Your board has no VCC options, so you're out of luck.
If you program, verify, and blank check at 5V (it will actually be lower due to the voltage drop in the VDDp transistor), you can only guarantee correct operation at the voltage used for programming.
This limitation can be overcome in any board with a jack for an AC/DC power source. You can replace the 5V regulator with an LM317 and get any voltage for VCC. I've done this on a dual powered PCB3, ATH3.1SS, Willem 4.0, and Willem 4.5. I have a board like yours and I intend to work on a regulator modification once I get a component and schematic diagram.

Dennis
